Tricity wanted to make this video to demonstrate some exercises that your kids can do in the pool! These are simple exercises that are sure to get their hearts pumping, and let them have fun in the pool at the same time. Enjoy!
Here is what Tricity demonstrates in the pool exercises:
1. Run in circles around the pool.
2. Crouch and walk around in lower circles around the pool.
3. Hop in and out of the water.
4. Hold onto the edge and kick your feet.
5. Turn over and hold onto the edge, kicking your feet.
6. Wave your arms back and forth against the water.
7. Dance!
